Our building services company ADK Builders & Plumbers was established many years ago, since then we have been helping customers in Wisbech and the surrounding area by providing professional, trustworthy building services.
One of our speciality skills is structural work removing walls and creating space using steels calculated by our structural engineer who we have worked with for many years from listed buildings to modern day houses if you need more space we are happy to help.
Our plumbing team is happy to carry out any general plumbing jobs, radiator changes, kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, drainage and day to day general plumbing.

"Came to view the job and gave me an estimate. Returned to do the work on day specified, despite baking heat of the day completed job within estimated time. Tested the work and made sure I was happy with the finish before cleaning up worksites and making sure I was happy with the cleanliness. Very happy with work done and the way they worked to clear up."

"Andy and his team, were able to start the work in a reasonable time after the quote. They had a few problems they didn’t anticipate but quickly found solutions. They always kept me informed of what they were doing and completed the job in a reasonable time scale. Each day they made sure they left the work area clean. Would definitely recommend them."

"Would give 0 star if possible... Avoid by all cost - this is a Business, taking 50% deposit and started the demolishing part of the job but then never turn up on site. Not picking up phones or emails... no contact at all... Andrew Smith or ADK Builders & Plumbers very unprofessional."
Trader reply: "As you are aware after works started we had to stop upon finding miscalculations which would not allow us to adequately prop the new beam. After consulting your engineer he had overlooked this point. I addressed this immediately phoning my consulting structural engineer and forwarding all the necessary pictures and information required although not as quickly as you would have liked he did produce a needle pin calculation for you. As I advised you on the phone after this was produced I was no longer in a position to help with your project due to loosing a key member of my team which left me unable to finish brickworks, but was more than happy to advise if needed, it is with regret that perhaps you did not understand this. As provided in a statement to you it clearly show you that we have not charged for any work not carried out including works you have not been charged for has been more than fair in your favour. "Had problems with boiler in rental property- previous plumber did not fix the problem and still billed me! Andy turned up at short notice, identified the problem, drained the system and put me in touch with reputable gas corgi plumber to replace my boiler. Will definitely use Andy again- so helpful, genuine and gives me honest advice. Does not bill you unnecessarily, his workmanship is quality"
