"Symptoms: no hot water, plus boiler losing pressure. Arron needed to order parts, and always kept me fully informed. He then fixed the system, taking the time to explain the faults, and how to check for various pressures in the system. Tech review - The main fault was a broken pump which he replaced, this fixed the hot water and got all rads working. But then he worked on the boiler pressure issue. He successfully diagnosed a faulty (leaking) boiler expansion vessel, but he also used his experience to find a blocked flexi pipe leading to the vessel. Now everything is working, and our boiler is maintaining its pressure over all temperatures, and it hasn’t dropped over time. Previous plumbers never took the time to fix the pressure issue like Arron did. He checked absolutely everything to ensure the system was working 100% properly. He really did treat my boiler system like it was his own. So he gets nothing less than top marks for me."

"Arron fitted an invented hot water tank into our loft. Original sited in a cupboard on the landing. At every stage of the work it was explained what was happening, right at the start timescales were explained and these were kept to. Would definitely recommend and use again. Boiler service already booked."
