Tim - Image 1 "Aidan worked with us to understand the aspects (slates, lead valley, crenelations, finials) that needed to be replaced/retained on this Georgian building in a conservation area. He took appropriate steps to prevent the work from spiralling out of control as more roof timbers were found to need replacing. He arranged professional help for structural assessment and engaged Building Control to review the work. He arranged for timely waste removal at the end of the job and lathe&plaster repair to make good original soffits. Good job. Many thanks."

"We engaged ACW Roofing to carry out repairs to our Wood-burner flue as rainwater was coming through to the ceiling. Aidan and his team were punctual, polite and completed the work with the minimum of disruption. Unfortunately it transpired that this was only one of the problems with the old roof, however, Aiden committed to finding the source of the additional leaks. He made space in his schedule to return on 3 separate occasions to carry out various repairs. We were so grateful for his diligence and would highly recommend him and his team."

"I couldn't recommend Aidan more. Right from the initial quote he was punctual, friendly, thorough and accurate. He communicated brilliantly throughout, and was always completely transparent with what was going on. When he was taking the roof off he found water damage that needed repair that wasn't in the original quote. He talked it through with us and came up with several options of what we could do including comprehensive quotes. The finish on his work is also incredible quality - you can see he genuinely cares about his craft. Although hampered by an incredibly wet summer, he always let us know when he would be there and what he'd be doing, and 100% of the time he would do exactly that. He kept the job site completely tidy during what is an incredibly messy job. I would recommend ACW Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs, there is no one better."

"A new roof and flat roof. Excellent work and attitude from Aidan and Kev. Very pleased with the finished job. A good price and everything happened like clockwork. Would definitely recommend them and use them again."
