"Called Matt about a damp patch that appeared recently. He popped in on the way home, the same day, measured the wall temp in different areas and gave a quick and confident diagnosis that there is a leak in the roof that recent heavy rain has got through. Now I can get that fixed. Very impressed with the fast professional response and he didn't charge me for the service either! A rare gem these days."

"I phoned up initially just as they were about to go on holiday but they called back to make an appointment and promptly turned up today. I have had a problem for years and had other specialists in to try and find the issue but with one look, they have advised what the actual problem is and where to look. He was so helpful, polite and I feel confident that I can now get this issue resolved."
