"I was really pleased with the work carried out. Everything was explained in detail before the work was agreed so I knew exactly what I could and could not have - an idea is fine but it takes an expert to tell you if it will work and that is exactly what happened so I knew exactly what was going to happen. The work was done with minimal disruption and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Really polite and respectful chap very knowledgeable will definitely be using him again and would highly recommend him"

"It's hard to overstate how responsive and proactive Sam was. I called him when my electric shower sparked and took out my circuit breaker. He arrived within 20 minutes and had my electricity back on within an hour. I was also impressed that he was able to replace the shower and broken circuit breaker parts the next day. He took care of notifying Southern Water and chasing them each day thereafter when he discovered a water pressure problem in my flat"
