We provide high-quality installation, maintenance and repair to domestic households and businesses throughout Birmingham.     "My experience with AB Plumbing, was highly unsatisfactory. I contacted them to address slow leaks in a radiator and boiler valve. Their initial fee just for inspection was £96. However, straight after the trader left, I discovered the boiler was in fault, despite his assurance it was fine upon departure. He was adamant on an additional £96 to investigate further, leaving me without hot water or heating or any solution. This was incredibly frustrating given the circumstances. Despite being invoiced £96 by AB, the trader argued that the boiler's age, power cycling or turning radiator values could have caused the issue, which I find dubious considering its recent service finding the boiler in good working order. Also turning values off/on and power cycles have been done many times before. Overall, the lack of transparency and customer service."

    Darren Debney - Image 1 "New boiler and water storage. I’m happy with the systems fitted, and I’m not so bothered about the refit actually impressed that Adam said he would refit the OSO storage it as he wasn’t happy with the fit done by his employee. Also not so bothered about the 2 leaks that happened turning my kitchen into a downstairs shower room twice. These things happen. Just unhappy that I kept things civil and ultimately have to fight and chase to get things done. I’ve been left feeling very unreasonable to want the kitchen ceiling back to how it was before the leak. Now left with having to finish things off by myself to bring it back to the level it was before the leaks. But lesson learnt if a trader causes any damage, call your insurance company to go through the correct procedures."

    "Have had several jobs done and am overall pleased with the outcome and professionalism of the company. If there are any hiccups, they will take full responsibility and rectify the issues as soon as possible. Always punctual and tidy."

    "Totally competent but I will never use again. Despite it being obvious that the work was being done to a residential property then I was quoted for the work without VAT and only found out about the additional £15 charge once the work was complete and the invoice delivered."
