"With this builder/trader you get exactly what it says on the tin. If you read the reviews you can see this is the third time I’ve used this builder. I first got him from trustatrader and very pleased with his work. Competitive price, quality materials, quality and professional work done to a high standard. This time it was to refurbish my central heating, the house was left warm/hot and very clean, no need to clear up once they’ve left. I would have no hesitation in recommending Maisie builders. Many thanks to them."

"Ashley were so polite and helpful. He replaced a boiler for my elderly mother. The first phone call was made when we discovered her boiler wasn't working. He had another job to complete but managed to make it to my mother in a couple of hours. He sent photos of the old boiler to myself and gave options as to how to deal with the problem along with quotes. He was able to replace the boiler the following day. He was so considerate to my mother making sure it caused as little disruption as possible, The carpets were covered properly so nothing got dusty, damp, or stained by 'worker's boots'. He also kept my mum in the loop so she knew precisely what would be happening and why. Such a contrast from tradesmen who stomp all over the place, spend most their time drinking tea and leave someone's home in complete chaos. I've already passed his name onto a couple of other people. Especially when you're older, stress free & respect is so important."

"This is the second time I’ve used this trader, already booked for my next project. Excellent work, done to a very high standard. I’ve used many traders over time, none of these have come close to this trader. Work carried out to a very high standard, price very competitive, after completing leaves work area clean and tidy, no need for me to clear up. Would definitely recommend"

David - Image 1 "I was so impressed with Ashley and Lee. They were very prompt to get to me and assess the leak, communicate the problem and offer solution. The work was quick and thoroughly well done. I really felt at ease after they left that the work was high quality and reasonably priced. Would recommend them highly and will use them again."
