Founded in 2014, 2nd Chances has gone on to work closely with some of the leading property management companies in the country. We provide clearance services at competitive rates and make it our priority to ensure that we are constantly evolving with the Industry by finding innovative ways to recycle and reduce waste of all kinds.

As well as recycling and re-selling re-use, we also work closely with charity shops and re-use centres throughout London to keep costs and waste to a minimum.
There is an everchanging list of regulations and recommendations relating to the clearance and disposal of both commercial and residential waste. While few people can be expected to keep up to date with these rules, failure to comply with them could cause a safety hazard and result in costly fines. Our customers and the environment are our priority, so our trustworthy, friendly team are trained and licensed to responsibly clear and manage your waste. We take pride in our many repeat customers.

We are a tailored and flexible business, our prices include; labour, loading, transport and disposal fees - our prices are based on weight and volume of waste. A waste transfer note is provided upon completion of all jobs.

    "Excellent customer service from initial enquiry via e-mail until the end of the process. Prompt replies and punctuality as promised. Competitive price for easing concern as to how to remove household items if not able to use or arrange transport to the disposal or recycling centre. Wonderful option to help declutter - much easier to let items go if the overall process is efficient and empathetic to the circumstances. Highly recommended organisation."
