Founded in 2014, 2nd Chances has gone on to work closely with some of the leading property management companies in the country. We provide clearance services at competitive rates and make it our priority to ensure that we are constantly evolving with the Industry by finding innovative ways to recycle and reduce waste of all kinds.

As well as recycling and re-selling re-use, we also work closely with charity shops and re-use centres throughout London to keep costs and waste to a minimum.
There is an everchanging list of regulations and recommendations relating to the clearance and disposal of both commercial and residential waste. While few people can be expected to keep up to date with these rules, failure to comply with them could cause a safety hazard and result in costly fines. We are a tailored and flexible business, our prices include; labour, loading, transport and disposal fees - our prices are based on weight and volume of waste. A waste transfer note is provided upon completion of all jobs.

    "Excellent customer service from the first telephone conversation through to the arrival of the last box in the new location which is not a straightforward path from the van. Thank you to all the team in 2nd Chances. A particular mention to Sam and Dylan who worked tirelessly throughout the move day which is stressful for everyone involved. Their sense of humour helped lighten the load (excuse the pun :) Recognition is due to Liam who found a solution to a glitch which so often happens on move day. The last remaining items in the garage were removed in time and it was cleaned thoroughly. Highly recommend 2nd Chances for a professional, polite and punctual service."

    "I had just completed refurbishing my home and had a lot of items to dispose of. Contact by email and phone was excellent. Sam gave me a quote in a short space of time. Items were removed when it was convenient for me. Overall an extremely pleasant experience, both Sam and Liam were professional, efficient and approachable. Excellent service thanks from a very happy customer."
