Our building services company 21st Century Design & Build Ltd was established in 2023, but have been helping customers throughout London by providing professional, trustworthy building services for over 15 years.
Here at 21st Century Design & Build we pride ourselves on our workmanship, and are a small friendly business here to make your house a home. Each of our contractors are fully qualified and insured and deliver on timekeeping, quality of work and value. In addition, we hold Logic Certification for Working Practices in Energy and Utilities, a professional body created to uphold best practices.

"21st Century Design & Build Ltd took down an old conservatory, organised a skip and sorted out some exterior sockets on the house. Communication with Thomas and the team was easy, quick and I found them very reliable (as well as tidy!). I would highly recommend them and I will be using them again in the future."

"Thomas and Clay are excellent - they have completed various works for me over the years, including construction of large balcony, painting of whole house and, more recently repairing damaged driveway together with investigation of cause and repair of a leak in front of house causing damage to a plant room. All completed and I am very happy. They are reliable and trustworthy and always think laterally. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very responsive. Carmelina"

"It’s rare to find a building company that still operates with integrity, honesty and with the customer at the forefront of every step, 21st Century pride themselves with these principles! There will always be some slight hurdles to overcome in building and at no point was there an indication that those hurdles wouldn’t be overcome, never a challenge to fix and/or amend certain parts of the works. Without question, a great company you can rely on."
