    "I was recommended 21st Century Build and design but did my home work on trust a trader too. I had an initial meeting with Thomas and Clay, who I found polite, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, I wanted to transform my loft to a beautiful bathroom suite. It was a tricky loft due to head space but they kept me informed every step of the way on the actions and potential compromises of the build, I was always part of the decision making process The things that mattered most to me were not to be patronised, being genuine, on time, cleanliness and treating the rest of my home with respect . I couldn’t fault them on any of these points. Even when my house felt upside down they had the ability to be light hearted and reassuring which supported the transformation. The end result is beautiful, the picture is only one part of the suite. Attention to detail and finish were perfect. I would highly recommend 21st Century Build and Design."
