"Ease of booking - they could fit my appointment promptly. Communication was great, the office was quick to reply to my queries. On the day, the engineer arrived on time, carried out diagnostic and found the issue quickly. Repair was carried out quickly. Engineer was very tidy and helpful, giving additional advice with regards to specifics of the installation"

"Great toilet soil pipe clearance I had a difficult blocked toilet soil pipe that was stopping the toilet bowl from clearing solid waste properly. Jordan, the personal bookings co-ordinator at Homefix, was incredibly helpful and cheerful. She passed on all the photos and my report of the problem and suggested that I contact Bill who does their drains work and gave me his direct contact number. I was really impressed with the systematic approach that Bill took to the problem.. The blocked soil pipe was in the upper storey of a 1956 house. Bill was the only person I contacted who had the courage to take off the old inspection plate at the back of the stack. They cleared the partially blocked soil pipe completely so that it works perfectly now, worked quickly, politely and efficiently and left no mess at all. The cost was than any of the alternative providers. I would highly recommend that you use Bill at Homefix for this kind of difficult drains work. Their skill saved me £1500."

"Able to respond quickly. Jordan, who made the booking was most helpful, courteous and efficient. Dave, the plumber, was brilliant going the extra mile to solve a quite tricky problem. Thoroughly recommend."
