"Would give 10 stars if I could! Our boiler had broken down 2 days before we had lots of viewings as our flat was on the market. Gary was super friendly, efficient, explained issues very clearly and worked so quickly to get us a new boiler installed time for viewings, even finished a day earlier than planned. They were very respectful and had protective walkways and shoe covers for the house, and left everything clean and tidy. Thank you very much!"

"Jordan responded promptly to my query regarding assessing late brother's flat for plumbing issues including boiler. Subsequently arranged the replacement of boiler within one week! Greg and the team that attended were very courteous and professional removing old boiler, testing all radiators and clearing up. Overall very happy with the service received."

"James came today and texted to say what time he would come and he was on time. He was friendly and investigated the problem and then told me what needed to be done and gave me the additional costs. The cost was high but the company is premium and the quality of work was great. You are paying for the labour and parts plus VAT. I would recommend again as the whole way through James kept me informed and also tidied up in the end."
