    "Our loft conversion was completed last week and we are absolutely over the moon with the final result, they have worked so hard to give us what we want. The team are an absolute pleasure to have working on our home, always friendly and polite. They are on time every morning and make everything as clean as possible at the end of the day.     "It was apparent from our initial meeting with Rob that he had a wealth of experience and knowledge. The quote which we received from CBS for a kitchen extension was comprehensive, including additional costs. We found this extremely helpful when budgeting. We are now half way through the build and it has been a pleasure working with Rob and his dedicated team so far. The build has progressed quicker than initially anticipated. Rob has been extremely flexible and accommodating when it comes to any changes or adjustments that have arisen during the project. His willingness to adapt to our needs has been invaluable. Rob has been very helpful in obtaining alternative quotes and purchasing items on our behalf. Overall, we are very pleased with how things are progressing. The extension is taking shape nicely, and we are excited to see the final result."

    "Rob and the team are half way through our job. Since they started they have been brilliant. Always on time to start in the morning, keeping us up to date at what part of the job they are on and they are all really polite and friendly. The whole team are very professional, hard working and try to keep everything as clean and tidy as they possibly can. The work looks amazing so far, and we can't wait to see the end result."

    "I was recommended Cheam Building Services by a work colleague for my loft conversion and I cannot fault them, from their time keeping to their expertise and knowledge.The team always made sure to keep me informed each step insuring I knew what was going on at all times, They are very polite and always answering any questions I had throughout the time they were there. The work was finished to an incredibly high standard and managed to keep my house child friendly clean every night before leaving I Would highly recommend cheam building services to anybody looking to have any building works done."
