"From the initial contact with an extremely helpful lady on the phone. To the replacement of a water heater 5 hours later by professional, tidy installers. A brilliant service to ensure my elderly parents were not without hot water. Would totally recommend."

"Required gas supply to hob to be cut and capped and a previously capped gas supply to living room fire to be shortened and recapped. The young man who attended was extremely efficient and very polite and undertook the job in an exemplary and professional manner. Explained the urgency for getting job done asap and engineer was here next day, thank you."
