"I had some issues where Ivy had grown up a wall and got into the mortar of a wet verge and left it in a pretty bad state with some of the batons showing. I wanted to get it resolved as soon as possible to not cause any further issues. I called Ste and he came out explained my options told me what to look out for and said he would get the quotes to me later. The quotes got to me exactly when Ste said they would and I decided to go with a dry verge installation. Ste was punctual, didn't try and push anything, gave quotes when he said he would and turned up on time to do the job. Him and his team carried out the work as requested and tidied up after themselves. He turned up on time, was friendly, did exactly what was quoted for, communication was great, what I got quoted was exactly what I got paid. He even spotted another small issue on my roof which he offered to come out and fix for free. Overall very professional and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend."

"Absolutely amazing! My elderly mother's roof leaked due to that recent heavy rain, I called Ste and he was out within the hour and has now done a temporary fix to stop the water coming in, with the repair work to be completed next couple of days. Explained the temporary fix and also what needed to be done to fully repair the roof. I can highly recommend this company. Polite, courteous and very professional"
