"Absolutely brilliant team. Family run business and very accommodating. I have had 6 Family and friends installations completed in excess of £14k work over the last 4 months and met almost all the team. From sales Amy to Phil to installer Dan and the lads. Great to deal with professional and honest. Great service, great prices, great result and excellent aftercare. Pleasure to deal with team and always available to deal with any issues. Genuinely great company and fantastic service. I was super impressed with the additional 10 year warranty and not the hard sell tactics just enough information to ensure the right product is installed. "Smart Energy Projects Ltd installed an air con unit sometime in May 2023 at our practice in Mapperley. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Very professional and they know what they are doing unlike some companies out there. Arrived on time, very polite workman, good quality work. I would give them 5 stars for there work. Ann Pillai"
