"Osman, was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Enquired about a fireplace service, quickly arranged a date to have a look and advised service would not be required at this stage after initial inspection, saving us money on the inital job quote. I would highly recommend Osman."

"Excellent customer service, very communicative and I was appreciative that Omar made the effort to deal with my boiler issue as soon as possible. Literally within a couple of hours from the time I contacted him, he came over, solved the problem and gave me great tips on boiler care and what needed to be done next.
