    "This was the second time we have used LBP - first time was to fix and install a new shower, and this time completed the bathroom. From start to finish we have once again been extremely happy with the work carried out, as well as the support throughout. Would definitely recommend them to others and will use again when needed.     "A really great company! We have a 3 month old child and our heating broke on our top floor of our house. I contacted this company for help and they went above and beyond. They initially tried to help me recover the system myself over email, asking for pictures and giving helpful advice. It became apparent I needed expert help and they fitted us into their very busy schedule and were there the following day. The engineer turned up and was very friendly, talked my Wife through the fix he made and brought our system back to full working order. I would definitely recommend and will be using again."
