    "Pensioner customer wary of on-line reviews but asessed the customer feedback on JDB as genuine (I required a replacement boiler to be installed) . Jon conveyed a quiet, professional &confident manner, was polite and personable. Good work ethic and sound knowledge displayed. Patient & succinct in explaining tech. issues. Clean & tidy. Came back extremely promptly when a post install issue revealed itself. Jon made a quick diagnosis & working with Vaillant Tech. advice line updated complex software issue in t-stat/controller. Very, very impressive (importantly: indicates 5*+ post sales support !). I'd happilly recommend JDB to close family members / use JDB again myself."
