"I contacted James to provide a quote for installation of new guttering and the repair of existing guttering. James explained the work required and advised that some of what I had originally requested (extra guttering) was not actually necessary and recommended a simpler alternative (providing a raised edge to flat roof felt). He also advised on undertaking precautionary works (drip lining) due to markings on the fascia board. Whilst inspecting the main area to be repaired, rot was found which needed to be addressed immediately (prevented any repair from taking place). James was able to recommend a cost effective repair before I left, and provided a picture off the rotten wood to confirm the issue. All works were completed to a good standard and finished by the end of the day without any issue."
