"Dave turned up promptly and conducted a comprehensive assessment of our system, and outlining all our options. On receipt of the quote, we decided to proceed. The job entailed replacing our old boiler, hot water storage tank, and associated heating controls, as well as changing radiator valves to thermostatic. and pressure flushing the system. Dave and his team were absolutely brilliant - friendly, professional, tidy and efficient and hard working. They did a great job installing our new boiler and getting our radiators working at end of day one, so that we would have Heating that Night, despite having to repeat the drain down again next day. Dave kept us informed at each stage and, ensuring we were happy with everything before leaving This is a family-run business who really care about their customers and the quality of their work. Dave and his team went above and beyond and we would recommend them 100% to anyone. They restore one’s faith in the true British tradesmen."

"David and his team are absolutely brilliant - we 100% recommend Heat Street! From patiently giving us lots of advice early on when we were deciding which system to go for, to talking us through our new set up, David has been fantastic to work with. He and the rest of the guys were a pleasure to have around - friendly, professional, tidy and efficient (and not forgetting lovely Jacky in the office). They did a great job installing our new boiler and getting our radiators working, they know their stuff and kept us informed at each stage. This is a family-run business who really care about their customers and the quality of their work - thanks so much guys!"

"I highly recommend Heat Street for plumbing and heating needs. David Dennis and his team replaced my boiler, installed a dishwasher, and upgraded my shower. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. David took time to explain each process and answer my questions patiently. The new Worcester boiler, Mira shower, and dishwasher work wonderfully. Pricing was great. Post-work customer service was excellent - David followed up to ensure everything operated properly. When a couple valves had issues after connecting to mains, he promptly came back to replace them. I will definitely use Heat Street again in the future. Overall, David and his team provided skilled work, great communication, and fantastic follow-up to guarantee my satisfaction. With their expertise, reasonable pricing, and exceptional service, Heat Street exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any plumbing, heating, or appliance installation project."
