"Hamed came out at short notice on Good Friday (bank holiday) when we suddenly found ourselves without hot water and a long bank holiday ahead of us! The issue was minor, which he fixed quickly and reassured us of no further leaks which was very helpful. Thank you so much"

"We had to turn off the water supply to the whole house because of a toilet cistern overflow that could not be isolated. Hamed got here as soon as he could, diagnosed the issue and explained that he needed to replace the whole flushing mechanism, remove and re-seat the cistern with a new seal, and fit an isolation tap so that we didn't need to turn off the water mains (if there is a next time). Luckily he had everything required in his van, and despite the fact that it was cutting into his dinner time at the end of his day, he got to work right away. He and his plumber's mate were thorough, efficient, and incredibly tidy. I can't thank them enough for sorting out the problem there and then rather than leave us with no water overnight. With two young kids in the house that's an issue! This is the second time we have used Hamed. If you want someone who actually cares about his work, cares about his customer, and gets the job done, Hamed is your man. Thanks again for your help."
