"We have used Jason's services for many years and always been well satisfied. On this occasion we woke up on a cold Saturday morning to find we had no heating or hot water. In response to my phone call Jason to our house (in Telford) within an hour and diagnosed two serious and expensive faults with the boiler. In view of the boiler's age we decided to have it renewed. Jason went to som elengths to source a new boiler and by lunchtime the following day (a Sunday) he'd removed the old boiler, fitted and tested the replacemnt, and gave me some instruction on how to use the new controls. He then, as always, removed all packaging and rubbish,leaving the house tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wants a helpful, reliable and courteous service."

"As a retired Engineering Field Manager in a major utility I am more than happy to recommend Jason and would have been pleased to have had someone like him on my team. He fitted our Vaillant boiler in 2016 which he has annually serviced. His knowledge, quality of work, communication and customer handling skills are second to none. Punctual, and if there's a problem or concern between servicing he's always very obliging, either by text or phone, advising or visiting, which is very reassuring. I have previously recommended Jason to supply and fit Vaillant boilers to two other others, who are now his customers and like me they have been very happy."
