    "I can't recommend John Sirett highly enough. He's fixed my eight-year-old laptop several times, and each time literally saved the day, my job and my sanity. He’s extremely clever, knows his stuff, and he’s able to quickly decipher my non-technical gibberish and get to heart of the problem. He explains things in such a clear, concise way that even I can understand it. He’s made my laptop go faster, got rid of pesky pop-ups, opened it up and hoovered it out. In fact, he only has to show up now and the computer starts to behave itself, because it knows there’s no point in resisting! He’s kind, funny and never patronising. He’s also happy to recommend ways to do things in a more efficient way. I’m so happy to have him in my corner. His fees are also very reasonable – if you’ve got computer issues, John’s a great shout."
