"I recently had a persistent issue with my toilet, which was constantly leaking into the bowl and had a faulty flush. Kevin came to the rescue and did an outstanding job. He was immediately available, which was a huge relief. Kevin was not only efficient in fixing the problem but also took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to address it. His professionalism, expertise, and clear communication made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend Kevin for any plumbing needs!"

"Kevin at Monument has been an absolute star replacing my kitchen wastepipe. It hasn't been an easy job because I had to engage with my freeholder. Throughout Kevin has discussed everything with me, given me options and provided me with detailed information to help negotiations with the freeholder. He works quickly, but isn't rushing, cleanly and is considerate. On my job he has been extremely patient as a lot of influences have been beyond both of our controls. He's also been very reassuring and calm when I've been a bit stressed. 10/10!"

"Kevin (Monument Plumbing) did a brilliant job on fixing my shower and leaking taps. He was super helpful and responsive, transparent and reasonable on costs, and very clear about different options for shower models, taps etc., where to buy these and best pricing. He is definitely the best local plumber I have worked with in recent years and I will recommend him if asked by any local friends."

"We had a 10 year old Hansgrohe shower that had stopped working due to a broken control panel. We managed to source a different control panel from Amazon and asked Kevin to come and fit the panel as it looked super complicated to install. Kevin clearly explained the risks before we went ahead but we decided to give it a try with the hope that the shower would work once again. It was a really difficult job but Kevin cracked it and the shower is now working better than it did when we bought it. Hopefully it will now last another 5 years at least! We are over the moon with Kevin's work."
