"Replacement of tap cartridge on bath hot tap. Removed tap head, visited two suppliers to collect replacement, returned and fitted it. Tested OK. Second cartridge in pack left as a spare for the other tap. All completed in just over an hour including travel."

"Following on from the installation of a new combi boiler at a relative's home in January 2023 (see previous review) Mark provided a quote for some additional work - one new radiator in a bathroom and a new mixer tap in the kitchen. Work was completed to satisfaction at an agreed price on the agreed date. I found Mark to be highly personable throughout from his first visit on 4th January to completion of the works."
