Dexter - Image 1 "Contacted Mark to enquire about installing a downstairs bathroom for my grandma, as her mobility has become limited. He gave a thorough quote and worked with us to find the right way to install a bathroom, using a corner of the dining room and building walls. He was super helpful and communicative throughout, always providing options and wisdom. He always arrived on time, and kept the area very clean and tidy - especially important as my grandma could trip over things. He was trustworthy, polite, and kind, and gave me confidence in leaving him with keys to come in and out of her home as needed, cleaning up and locking up after himself daily. I have not hired a builder before, but if they were all like Mark I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. The quality of his work is outstanding. He takes real pride in his work and finishes everything to the highest standard, quickly. The bathroom looks like it has always been there, we are so happy! Fantastic professional, highly recommended."

"Mark fitted two bathrooms for us- one family bathroom, one en-suite wet room. He was a pleasure to have around and his expertise and advice invaluable. Could not stress enough how happy we are with the result."
