    "I called James as he came up on the Hemel Hempstead list. He removed an old radiator and moved to another wall. He was very reasonably priced, punctual, hard working and did a great job. He also did some electrial work for me while there which was really nice of him. I highly recommend James"

    "James answered my telephone call on a Friday afternoon, took my details, and was at my house to fix my kitchen drain within half an hour. He expertly identified the issue within minutes and fixed it using specialist equipment. My drain was functioning again like new within half an hour of his arrival. He was professional and amiable. I have no doubt that he will be my first port of call for any plumbing issues in the future. I now also know that he does bathroom renovations and general building works. I have his business card and will be in touch again. I am very pleased that I found James/BBS on TrustATrader.com. Highly recommended."

    "Called James with a blocked drain under the kitchen sink. He was here within about 25 minutes and had it sorted within 30 minutes. He did a great job and was very reasonably priced. I'd definitely recommend him"
